: 1. Technical specification of 2.5 digits countdown timers:
This product is designed to help motorists understand and be informed of the remaining time of red and green phase. This help to control air pollution and save fuel consumption, and also can prevent car accidents and reduce stress of drivers.
TT-134countdown timer can count 0 to 199 seconds and can display numbers at day and night from 150 meter distance.
Green countdown timers have 448 green LEDs with luminous intensity of 8.0 candle
Red countdown timers have 496 red LEDs with luminous intensity of 4.0 candle.
2.5 digits countdown timers’ boards and electrical componenets:
1. Motherboard: It can control junctions which have SCAT controlling systems with micro controller and digital watchdog system to prevent system from pausing.
2. Industrial switching board: Its output voltage is 97/ 100 W and it can work with voltage of 180-240V and frequency of 50 Hz. It resist voltage changes and shocks. It works at temperature between -20 to + 75° C. It is dust and moisture resistant.
3. It has two driver boards for providing electrical power of LED digital segments with preserved output.
4. It has 16 replaceable two-coloured LED digital display.
Elecrical specifications
1. Countdown timers have a control system that produce appropriate operation voltage.
2. Operation voltage of LED countdown timers shall be between 180-240 V Ac and the frequency of 50 Hz.

4. There is no need to seperate power supply and it provides its power from commanding system.

2 : Installation guidance:
Neutral and phase wire of red and green lights should install on motherboard with a connector.

1. Motherboard
You can see the general scheme in the pic. No.1
This board with the PTR connector is connected to the commanding system.
One of the connectors is connected to the part number 2207 and the other connector to the number 227 of the control board. This connection shouls be with regards to the negative and positive sides.
The motherboard s connected to the output boards with a 16 filaments flat wire.
There is three jumper on the board, each of them with the duty of:
• There is two pins for testing all LEDs
If the jumpers are in their own place, all LEDs will turn on and the system will reset.
• There is two pins for making system an intelligent one.
• There is two pins for connecting photocell cable.
2. Control system
You can see general view of it in the picture No.2.
The control system transform 220V Ac to 227 DC flow.
Red cables will be connected to positive point, blue cable to negative point, yellow and green cable to SL, green and black cables to 220 V flow.
3. Decimal and single output board
You can see genera_view of these two boards in picture no.3.
Each countdown timer has two output boards. These two boards are connected to the control system with a red and blue cablei and will connect to the micro board with a flat cable. You should pay attention to time of connecting flat cable.
The decimal and single ouput boards connect together parallelly.
4. Segment boards
Each segment is connected together with a three filament cable to the driver board.
At time of connecting each segmenti you should pay attention to its points.
