Rate of Rise Temperature:

* Periodically detects the temperature rise at certain temperature range and period of time.
* Its working principle that sensor will emit alarm signal once it detects the rate of temperature rise reached preset value, e.g. 8o C/ minute.

Fixed Temperature:

* Detects the temperature rise once the temperature reached the preset temperature, e.g. 57o C or 90o C.
