Edge channel is used in indoor decoration extensively.It is absolutely indispensable in the Ceiling System and the Partition Metal Stud System.The other size of the edge channel can be used as Casing bead to protect and decorate the edge of the gypsum board.

For Use
1: Horizontal hold and fix the four sides of the Ceiling System.It’ s the raw material of the access hole at the same time.
2: Installed on the ceiling and the ground to fix the Furring channel.
3: Protect and decorate the edge of the gypsum board.

How To Use
1: Used in the Ceiling System
First , mark with the snap line on the wall surrounding
the ceiling and the ground.Then fix the edge channel at the line with Self Tapping Screw in 600mm spacing
2: Used to protect and decorate the edge of the gypsum board
First set the Csing bead to the gypsum board which is installing.Put the short edge of the Casing bead on the outside, the long edge on the inside.Then put the board in place, fix with the Self Tapping Screw.Cover the Casing bead with the compound.Then sand.
