- Automatic Folder Gluer Machine
1. This machine is heavy type, adopting with strengthened single-side driving system, for steady and exact running.
2. The machine is equipped with sheet-corrector, for protecting sheet from deviation in feeding, to ensure not to appear error in long folding process.
3. The machine is equipped with water spray device, to avoid unable to stick the box caused by dried sheet and bad line pressing.

- Series Automatic Gluer Machine
Automatic Gluer machine is named automatic Folder Gluer as well. After printed and slotted (die cut), single-wall or double-wall corrugated board will be folded and glued by Gluer machine to form carton box. This kind of machine is featured with high speed, pressure resistance, rust-proofing, easy recycle, low cost and no stitching.
- Single-wall Corrugated Board Production Line
This finished product, single wall corrugated board, is mainly introduced as inner packing material.
It can be also used as outer packing material for light or small-sized commodities. Four flutes A, B, C
and E as well as special customer-tailored flutes are provided. Steam heating system and oil heating
system are optional (but oil heating is not suitable for line with speed above 100m/ min). The standard
three ply line is made up of Single facer (1), mill roll stand (2), preheater (optional in case of speed
below 120m/ min), conveying bridge (1), glue machine (1), double facer (1), slitter scorer (1) (thin-blade
or flaring slitting tool is optional), cut-off (1), stacker (1). Speed of 80m/ min, 100m/ min, 120 m/ min,
150m/ min or 180 m/ min is offered to meet customer’s requirement.
