Gardenia green is obtained from compounding gardenia yellow and gardenia blue. It is a compound green pigment. The series products can be from grass green to dark green.
Character: Green liquids or brown powders£¬tasteless. It is Water-soluble, ethanol solution-soluble.

Preparation: Compounding gardenia yellow and gardenia blue by modern biotechnology.

Characteristic: Bright color with Good resistance of light and heat. No discoloration and without sediments when PH is from 4 to 8.

Application: Used for applications in confectionery, ice-creams, noodle, cakes, jam, jelly, soft drinks, wine and puffed food.
