As we knew, when we purchase the new valuable equipment like machinery, aircraft, ship, satellite, we will have a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer that the product will bee free from faulty design, defect, premature failure or other conditions as stated in the purchase or lease-purchase agreement.

Based on the purchase agreement the buyer or lessee will get a certain compensation, free replacement parts, free of charge repair, free labor cost, and any other compensation if within warranty/ guarantee period the premature failure or malfunction occured.
