1. RICE TESTING & LABORATORY SERVICES:
- Our laboratory facilities for rice testing include state of the art scientific equipment for both physical and chemical analysis. Our testing methods include:
- Grain measuring ( physical analysis) .
- Alkali testing.
- Cooking test for Hommali Rice
- Chemical testing for amylase content using a Spectrophotometer.
- Tincture testing to determine the glutinous rice mixing in Parboiled Rice.
- Crop chemical testing to determine the crop’ s age.
- Our lab technicians have expert knowledge and experience which ensures accuracy and precision in our analysis.

2. RICE SUPERVISION DURING RICE PACKED INTO BAGS AT WAREHOUSE S OF SELLERS in Vietnam
- Weight verification of empty bags before packing
- Checking marking, printing of empty bags
- Supervision of the packing and marking of bags.
- Weight verification of each empty bag with rice after packing on a minimum of 10% of the total amount shipped.
- Quality verification on a minimum of 2% randomly selected.
- Supervision quality rice during packing
- Supervision rice in bags loaded into lighters/ barges to water travel from West provinces to Ho Chi Minh port, Vietnam.
- Daily reconciliation reports.
- Immediate notification of discrepancies with corrective action taken prior to notification.

3. CLEANLINESS HOLDS SURVEY OR WATER TIGHT OF HATCH COVERS SURVEYS/ INSPECTION in Vietnam
We inspect & verify to ensure that all transportation standards are of the highest quality for transport of rice in bags at ports of Vietnam, Including:

- Cleanliness Holds survey
- Checking to Free from dirt, odors, cargo residues, foreign matter or infestations for holds of ships/ vessel, containers.
- Checking Type of floor, Condition of sides/ bulkheads.
- Checking Amount/ type of damage
- Checking Any damp or wet areas.
- Checking Overall cleanliness.
- Checking Nationality of vessel.
- Checking Condition of all ventilators.

- Checking Cargo plan.
- Checking Hold capacities.
- Checking Type of hatch or cover sealing.
- Checking Air/ gas holes or potential leakage.
- Checking Condition of floor.
- Checking Pct of cargo battens
- Checking Previous cargo.
- Checking Infestation.
- Checking Year built of vessel.
- Checking Type of ventilation.
- Checking Dunnage supplied.
- Remarks.
- Checking Type of hatch covers of vessel.
- Checking Condition of sealing of ship’ s holds
- Checking Position of man-holes.
- Inspection to Water tight of Hatch covers and safe for consignment/ holds of vessel, containers
- The assurance that holds of vessel, containers will be transported in a clean and safe manner.
- Minimal risk of loss or damage to holds of vessel, containers during shipping and storage.
- Anticipation and avoidance of potential problems.
- Checking Water tightness survey of vessel’ s weather decks & outdoor man-holes

4. RICE INSPECTIONS COMMERCIAL INSPECTION in Vietnam
- All agricultural commodities including:
- Inspection to Rice, Sugar, Coffee Beans, Pulse, Maize, Sesame, Tapioca Flour
- Inspection to ensure the grain is not water damaged, contaminated or heated
- Observation of loss due to demurrage or dead-freight.
- Quality control & inspection of rice ex: rice broken inspection, rice moisture inspection, paddy inspection, rice harvest inspection , rice mill inspection,
5. RICE LOADING SUPERVISION INTO LOADING RICE IN BAGS INTO CONTAINERS AND SHIPS/ VESSELS in Vietnam

- Replacement of all packaging damaged during loading.
- Checking seal quality of all repackaging damaged before reloading.
- Ensure all holds are clean, dry, odorless and fit for loading.
- Ensure the commodities are fully loading on board.
