IN 1972, PT GREAT CONCERN TO START OPENING LINES AS
Toyota distributor when Toyota decided to open a car factory in Indonesia. PT Toyota Astra Motor appointed PT Agung Concern to have full power to sell units of Toyota in Bali, Riau, Jambi, Bengkulu and has exclusive sales for Landcruiser in East Java.
Part of PT Agung Concern that specialized in selling units of Toyota changed its name to PT Agung Automall in 1992. Currently PT Agung Automall has 10 main branches, namely: 4 in the area of Bali, 3 in Pekanbaru area, one in the area of Jambi, one in the area of Batam, and 1 in the Bengkulu area. It also has 5 branch offices, which are: 3 in Pekanbaru area, one area in Bali, and 1 in the area of Jambi.
The company has a qualified employee more than 300 people in the area of sales and after-sales service ( Workshop) . Service to customers and professional management skills into focus the underlying companies over the years. It is a form of PT Agung Automall a strong marketing organization.
The quality of after-sales service ( shop) which has the objective to make loyal customers can be seen clearly from the reports impressive sales unit.
