Procedure

First all papers should go for verification.Then First meeting with Traders advocate for discuss the terms and conditions.
Then agriment signing.
Then all original documents should keep in bank' s safe locker and get bank certificate.
15th day first part of payment of 50 % of base value released
Commission should bed paid by the property owner after receiving the first payment.
Sixth month balance payment of 50 % of the base value released.
Commission should bed paid by the property owner after receiving the Second payment.
15th month all the document should be released to owner.

13 Day IDBI Bank Trade :

Investor to open current account at IDBI Bank , Bangalore.
Funds to be transferred to IDBI Bank.
Max. 25 cr. Min, 10 cr.
Compliance documentation : standard compliance package.
Fund block for 13 days. Then 1 day rest. Then fund block again for 13 days.
Total : 5 x 13 day trades. After that, investor can continue, at his option.
MT799 will be our responsibility. Investor to give letter to bank to
block funds.
Profit : 100% of fund blocked amount, for each 13 day cycle. This is
subject to I.T.

Profit disbursal : up-front, bullet-payment, at the beginning of each
13 day cycle, before fund is blocked.

Brokerage : Investor side intermediaries to take brokerage directly
from investor.
Brokerage included in the 100% per cycle payout.Investor to give

8, NOTTERY ATTESTED AFFIDAVIT from customer ( in Rs: 100/ - Stamp Paper, Format available on request )

9, Conformation letter from BANK for ready to issuing MT- 799 & 760 Also.

10, BANK CONFORMATION LETTER ( BCL) FROM BANK

11. For current account: - CURRENT DATED BANK STATEMENT SIGNED BY TWO SENIOR BANK OFFICERS ( with employe id number) & BANK SEAL .
