The technology relates to a device for improving the combustion efficiency of an internal combustion engine and removing harmful exhaust gas.
There are a number of methods to raise efficiency of combustion engines and to inhibit generation of harmful exhaust gas. Among the above, the most commonly used ones both by the manufacturers and by users of the manufactured products are classified into two as follow:
1. Functional improvements by manufacturers of finished cars or combustion engines through organic and smooth connection with interactive components of the main body of a car while reducing conflicts with the same.
2. Enhancement to the existing fuel combustion system of finished products by attaching a device that accelerate combustion, by changing the flow of intake air, or by adding a smoothing circuit to electrical devices used in cars and combustion engines thereby increasing combustion efficiency.
3. The method in addition to the former in terms of its practicality and applicability is the one that atomizes the introduced fuel. Fuel is atomized typically in the form of atomization by catalyst, magnetization by magnetic force, and by controlling fuel spraying methods and supplementing air intake. In this technology, atomization by ceramic catalyst, radical formation and magnetization by magnetic force are applied.
The roles of catalysts and magnetic field in the GOS-B-2 are as follows: .
( 1) . Catalysts induce the fuel clusters to activated states, where fuel clusters are atomized to molecular level and react with oxygen
more easily than those at the ground state.
( 2) . Magnet magntizes fuel clusters.
( 3) . The more important point is that magnetic field modifies the paramagnetic transition and rare earth elements among the catalysts to ferromagnetism, which catalyzes combustion reaction more effectively.
