- Engine Oil Regeneration system
Product description
GER series Used engine oil regeneration system is particularly suitable to regenerate used internal-combustion engine oil including diesel engine oil, gasoline engine oil and used hydraulic oil, other used machinery’s lubrication oil. GER series are able to effectively remove colloid, oxid, acid, pitch, particles, impurities, water, gas in the used oil. Specially, GER can restore the color of used oil and remove the scent rapidly.
- Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration/ Purifier- two stages
VFD series is mainly used to improve the properties of insulation oil. It can remove trace water, gas, particulate matters etc. from the insulating oil effectively and rapidly so as to boost performance of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductors, cable and capacitors which has insulation system. VFD series specialize in purifying branded oil, insulating oil of high voltage and super high voltage transformer. Additionally, it is suitable for treating low viscosity lubrication oil. - Lubrication Oil Filtration/ Purifier
LV series oil purifier are specially suitable for purifying and restoring hydraulic oil, machine oil, coolant oil and various other lubrication oil. Most of breakdown of machinery which has lubrication oil system results from contaminated lubrication in which has water, gas, impurities etc. LV series can rapidly remove water, gas, particulate matters and impurities from lubrication oil and improve properties of lubricating oil so as to greatly extend lifetime of machinery which has lubrication system.
- Vacuum Insulation Oil Filtration/ Purifier
VF series vacuum insulation oil purifier is mainly used to extend the lifetime of oils used in transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductor, voltage regulators and switch gear, or to inject the insulating oil into the transformers.
Equipped with regenerators, it can improve the effect of de-acid, de-color and remove dielectric and acid more effectively. The value of breakdown voltage will increase from 15KV to 65KV. The performance and lifetime of insulating oil will improve and extend awfully after purification and regeneration.
- Turbine Oil Filtration/ Purifier
TF series is particularly suitable for purifying turbine lubricating oil. It also applys to treat hydraulic, coolant oil and other lubrication in which contain large amount of water and others such as vapor, impurities, sludge, dielectric and colloid.
TF series will result in the improvement of the properties of turbine oil or other lubrication and extend the maintenance period of turbines or other equipments which have lubrication system and keep them operate in good condition.
- Precision Oil Filtration/ Purifier
PF series muti-stages high precision oil purifier can purify the oil by removing the negative mechanical impurities. It is widely used in the fields of power station, petrochemical industry, metallurgy, mechanical engineering etc. for oil filling, oil pumping as well as high precision purifying and pipe cleaning.
- Vacuum Pump Systems
VR series vacuum pump systems described here has been designed for rough and medium vacuum operation, i.e. for the pressure range from atmospheric pressure down to 10-4 mbar (7.5 x 10-5 Torr). VR pump systems consist of a combination of individual pumps whereby Roots vacuum pumps are employed on the intake side. Further compression to atmospheric pressure may be performed either by oil-sealed or dry-compressing vacuum pumps, liquid ring pumps or Roots vacuum pumps with pre-inlet cooling. All combinations may be equipped at suitable places with condensers.
