Shaorui Heavy Industries Co., Ltd ( Part of Metso) , formerly known as Shaorui Mechanical Manufacture Co., Ltd, was founded in August 1992 as a joint venture. The enterprise is located in the city of Shaoguan, which is the key area for heavy industry in north of Guangdong Province. In the past 2 decades, Shaorui Heavy Industries insists the philosophy and guiding principle of " create value by good quality " to develop itself into a professional mining machine and equipment manufacturer, fully developed in R& D, manufacturing, production, sales and after-sales service.

The company covers up to 150, 000 square meters of land area, and within the area over 90, 000 square meters of workshops and office building. At present the total fixed assets has exceeded RMB 230 million. To ensure the product quality, the company imported advanced manufacturing machines such as CNC VTL Operator, Numerical Control Cutting Machine, Boring-milling Machine, and Milling machine from France, USA, Czech and Japan. Meanwhile, Shaorui owns Cast-Steel, Cast-Iron, Metal-Working, Welding and Cutting as well as Assembly sub-factories so as to form a complete production line.
