Our company enjoys the advantage of convenient transportation. Founded in 1994, now there are around 500 staff members. Our company covers an area of 89, 600 square meters, including 36000 square meters of building space. Our total capital assets are 80 million RMB. We are a municipal class unit of " Abiding by Contract, Honoring One' s Word " , and has been listed as a " AAA Credit Enterprise " by the Agricultural Bank Zhejiang Branch for several years.

Our main products are various engine cylinders, automobile cylinder liners, motorcycle and scooter cylinder blocks, cylinder heads for small gas engines and cylinder liners for agriculture diesel engines. Our annual production capability reaches 2 million pieces. All of our SANREN brand cylinder products are manufactured under the supervision of Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute which is the authoritative organization in the field in China. The whole production process, beginning from the ferrous metal casting, rough machining, aluminum alloy pressure die casting to cylinder finish machining is completed in our company. With the product features of best workmanship, reliable quality, great variety and competitive prices, our company has become the appointed OEM supplier for many trading companies in China and foreign countries. SANREN brand cylinders sell well both at home and abroad.

Moreover, our company is able to develop new cylinder products as per customers' drawings and samples. We undertake the processing business of ferrous metal casting and aluminum alloy pressure-die casting as well.

The foundry of our company is good at resin sand shell casting and other casting processes, such as green sand casting and self-hardening resin sand casting. Our annual production capability reaches 20, 000 metric tons. Our pressure die casting plant mainly produces aluminum alloy pressure die castings. At present, there are 11 presses with the locking force ranging from 125MT to 800MT. Our annual output is about 2 million pieces.

There are three machining workshops and a mould making & repairing workshop with sufficient machining capacity. Our company has a complete quality control system, equipped with advanced test and inspection instruments, for example, spectrometers for molten metal instant analysis and three-coordinate measuring units for machining size check.
