Production Line Reyoung now has 20 workshops including powder for injection, raw materials, solid products, and traditional medicines, and small volume injection, and so on, and all workshops have passed the GMP certification, Reyoung is also an ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHS18001 enterprise and has passed the international management certification system of quality, circumstances and occupational health and safety. The production capacity of powder for injection ( lyophilized powder for injection) is 2.3 billions, small liquid injection is 200 millions, tablets is 4 billions, capsules is 2 billions, granules is 100millions, suppository is 10 millions, and raw materials is 2000 tons. Recently the founding comprehensive penicillin workshop will enlarge the production scale with tablets ( capsules) 5.5 billions, lyophilized penicillin raw materials 120 tons, lyophilized penicillin 40 millions, dual-room bag penicillin infusion 30 millions. Reyoung in the world Reyoung Pharm. has the right to export its pharmaceutical products freely and its international business commenced in 1997. Reyoung Pharm. has much experience in the international transaction because of its 14 years export business. It has a professional documentation team for the registration in different countries; as a result Reyoung Pharm. has already registered more than 50 kinds of its products in many countries around the world and has passed the GMP inspection of Colombia, Ethiopia, Uganda ect. The products of Reyoung Pharm. have been exported to Asia, Middle East, South America, Europe and Africa, including Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines, Iraq, Ukraine, The Republic of Kazakhstan, Georgia, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, and so on. The reference standards and reagent for export products are imported from British Pharmacopoeia Commission and The Unites States Pharmacopeical Convention. Inc. and these products are analyzed according to BP or USP. The export amount in 2007 was USD15 millions, and will reach USD35millions in 2010 IMP. & EXP.
