P40: 1 to 2 Axis Compact Motion Controller.

The P40 is predestined for simple positioning applications in mechanical engineering. The principal benefit is the convenient and rapid input of nominal value and, if required, input of a quantity figure. The actual value, nominal value, quantity and other important values are shown in the LCD display. Parameterization is carried out in plain text via a graphic menu. The P40 is available with an extensive software standard and an internal program memory of up to 500 lines. For positioning, there are three different variants of output signal available: Shutdown positioning ( for one to three speeds) , PID and ramp controlled analogue output. Depending on the variant concerned, the P40 can be supplied with either 24 VDC or 24 VAC. It can communicate with a super ordinate system via an optional interface

P8511: Single Axis controller without program memory.

The single axis controller of P8511 series will be applicable to easy standard positioning tasks. An important feature is primary the easy structured function menu. It allows, quickly and comfortable, to set the target value and if necessary, a specific quantity of desired pieces in the batch counter window. Target value, actual value and quantity will be displayed on the front panel. All values and parameters can be programmed via numeric keypad on front. Additional keys starts or stops the positioning procedure. Three different kinds of output signals are available for the positioning :

* Digital transistor outputs for frequency inverters.
* Potential free shutter relays for pole changing break motors.
* PID-Analog output for servo systems.

P8721: Single Axis controller with program memory.

P8721 is identical to P8511 with an additional program memory of 200 different lines. Three different kinds of output signals are available for the positioning :

* Digital transistor outputs for frequency inverters.
* Potential free shutter relays for pole changing break motors.
* PID-Analog output for servo systems.

* A 24 VDC- or 115 / 230 VAC-power pack is integrated in the unit.

P9511: Compact single axis controller.

This unit is a very compact, simply programmable single axis controller. The output performance ( potential free changeover relays) allows positioning operations with up to three different speeds. An extensive pool of registers and parameters are already integrated in the standard version e.g.: Spindle compensation, tolerance window, correction stop, adjustable retract functions, datum value, saw blade/ tool correction and more. To modulate the unit to the used measuring system, there are a programmable pulse scaling factor, a multi edge counter and also a selectable decimal point integrated.

P9521: Compact single axis controller.

The P9521 is identical with P9511, but has two supplemental functions:

* Manual operation mode ( inching mode) .
* Program memory up to 10 lines.
