We have Used Rails R50-65 in bulk quantity. Minimum 30,000 MTW/month for 12 months contract. Please review some of the terms listed below that may be negotiable. Serious Buyers only please. Our seller has in stock the quantity and ready to get in a contract. Please tell us your port of delivery and we will give you our best rate.
Here is the outline of the terms.
1. Used rail will not be from African region and the port of loading should not be Africa.
2. Rail will be R50-65.
3. Payment terms 100% Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Confirmed, Revolving LC at sight.
4. SGS/CCIS/CIQ inspection at the port of loading on sellers account. All goods sold by the seller should be totally free from any types of radiation, bombs, arm ammunitions, mines, shells of explosives etc.
5. Personal inspection at the port of loading may be allowed and may be asked.
6. Insurance should be 110%.
7. Price will be USD CIF.
8. Packing must be in bulk.
9. If agreed, then we expect LOI and BCL within 5 days.
10. As the buyer receives non operative PBG he will open non-operative LC and as PBG will be operative, LC will be operative.
11. Share buyer's previous documents prior to operative LC and after the signed consent agreement by the buyer.
12. Seller may share previous documents after signed final contract.
12. The seller shall deliver the goods in accordance with INCOTERMS-2000.
13. A non-refundable deposit MAY BE required to begin shipment. This will result in reduced billing for the following months.
We work with serious 110% legitimate suppliers and we will only work with 110% legitimate buyers. Time is irreplaceable so please do not waste our time if you do not have a serious buyer or cannot agree with the above mentioned terms which may be negotiable.
