Tianjin Pudi Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd. set up in 2007. Our company is near Tianjin Port. It has the advantage location with the convenient transportation.
And our company mainly supply TPCO pipe, Chengdu Pipe, Bao steel pipe, Anshan Steel pipe, Hengyang Steel pipe and also supply ERW steel pipe. We apply API, ASTM, DIN, EN, BS, JIS standards to the process of steel pipe production. And we also carry out the relating technology agreement. The specific products which we can supply are as follows: line pipe with three standards, casing pipe, L& M pressure boiler tube, H. pressure boiler tube, Fluid transmission pipe, mechanical pipe and so on. The size range of the steel pipe is Out diameter from 1/ 2â € to 32â € , wall thickness from 2.8MM to 60MM. In order to meet the demand of the clients, we can also produce the steel pipe accord to their requirement. As our company is a comprehensive marketing corporation which has pipe processing and storage.
Our company has two large-scale steel-structural indoor warehouses and the total area is 9600 square meter; and the outdoor warehouse is up to 35000 square meter. And the annual throughput is 300000 ton. There are several sets of equipment in the warehouse. Two overhead cranes which can hold 10 ton, two crane scales which can hold 10 ton, five cranes which can hold 25 to 50 ton. We have saw cutting and bevelling equipment. Moreover, we have our own logistics system with 20 trucks as a fleet.
Our company has a subordinate cold-drawn steel pipe factory. And this cold-drawn factory mainly produces various regular and irregular high-quality cold-drawn and rectangular steel pipes. It can produce out diameter from 30mm to 400mm high-precision cold-drawn hydraulic cylinder and can produce max OD500mm gas cylinder. The annual turnout is more than 30000 ton. This factory has the following equipment: pickling tool, lubricating tool, water handling tool and heat treatment furnace, straightening machine, and advanced no-damage inspection and mechanical property inspection.
In 2007, we earned 1.5 million dollars by foreign exchange and we sold 50000 ton steel pipes. Our company has so many steel pipe suppliers that our products can sell all over the world and earn the good reputation.
