The ROOFMATE Roof Preservation System is a unique waterproofing membrane designed to extend the life of virtually any new or existing roof subtrate. Manufactured using 100% acrylic polymers, it forms a seamless, highly reflective, permanently flexible membrane that provides an effective barrier against the effects of normal aging and ultraviolet exposure. ROOFMATE combines high solids emulsion polymers, reinforcing laminar pigments, non-migrating fire retardants and an advanced biocide package for superior durability, algae and ultraviolet resistance, reflectance and waterproofing.
Together with associated primers, caulk, butter grade and reinforcing fabric, ROOF MATE Systems can be used over built-up, modified bitumen, singleply, concrete, metal, bord-stock and composite shingle roof subtrates. The system components are enviromentally friendly, conforming to all local, sate and federal polution standards and VOC regulations. ROOF MATE is UL 790 Class A classified, Factory Mutual approved, ICBO listed, and meets the EPA's ENERGY STAR Roof Product Program quidelines.
