Understanding Infoss is Integrated Forwarding and Shipping System, where the menu as well as data on the application Infoss all integrated with one another, so that the charging data is more efficient because all the menus and procedures exist, data are interlocked. Infoss application is suitable used for companies engaged in sea transportation, land and air as Forwarding and Shipping.

HISTORY

Beginning this Infoss application creation is based on the urgent need for a company operating in the field of Maritime Transportation, Land and Air, both Forwarding and Shipping. These companies want applications that are able to answer all the needs in terms of jobs associated with business enterprise.

From Here We PT. Data Central solutions try to answer that challenge by creating an application capable of handling all types of work and documents needed in the world maritime transport, land and air in particular to forwarding and shipping company. We put together some experts in the field to the formation of a team that can answer all the challenges that exist.

The team consists of some practitioners who are experts in their fields, among others:

Moving from a great sense of responsibility to advance the technology in the field of transport both sea, land or air, especially in Indonesia, then the members of the team we analyze the existing problems, make a list of what is needed in the development of these technologies, seeking to resolve the problem and make one application that can solve things that needed it.

Steps being taken are as follows:

1. Analysis system for 1 ( one) month by collecting the required data.
2. Making an application program implemented Infoss for more than 2 ( two) months.
3. Phase trial conducted for 2 ( two) months in which the ready-made applications are not used directly, but is still in experimental stages.
4. Implementation Phase is executed until the application can actually be used and could be categorized perfect.

The stages in the above we do with the commitment in order to produce application programs that Banar really qualified, reliable and can be used for all companies engaged in the Forwarding and Shipping. Our team is always always worked hard for the progress and development program.

Finally in 2007 we were able to launch applications Infoss version 2007 and is proud to be offered to all companies engaged in sea transportation, land and air. PROCEDURE INFOSS

Infoss application is an application that mematerialisasikan existing procedures in the field of maritime transport, land and air, both export and import. Procedures and data contained within will be integrated with operational procedures and data that is in the process of accounting and finance, so that all procedures Infoss can represent all the divisions that exist within a company engaged in the transportation field.

For the export procedure, starting from the Shipping Instruction given by the customer one company, then the data from the Shipping Instruction will be included in the menu called the Shipment Order. Order Shipment is complete contents of all the information that will be all the data obtained in the Shipment Order will automatically become a source of data from existing menus later, both in the operational divisions, customer service, marketing and accounting and finance. If we want to find a list Shipment Order which we' ve created, we can just go to the menu and the Order Shipment will automatically list out all the Shipment Order

Furthermore, to perform manufacturing bill of lading or B / L we do not need to recharge the menu data in the Bill of Lading, the data will automatically go into the menu, which comes from the field the previous Order Shipment, we just make adjustments as necessary only when there are want changed in the menu of the Bill of Lading. After everything that is on the menu of the Bill of Lading has been completed, then we are ready to print the Bill of Lading.

The next step is making the Shipping Instruction Shipping Company, we can directly go to the Shipping Instructions which data is automatically filled in so that we do not need to enter data again. If anyone wants to be changed we can customize the menu. Then once completed, we can directly print the Shipping Instruction into Sailing.

Besides the documents required to export the Bill of Lading and Shipping Instruction, Infoss provide other documents required, as the Manifest, Advise Shipment, Container Status and others as required.

To import a document, Infoss also provide documents in the form of Notice of Arrival, Cover Letter, Split Post and others who needed and fast printing automatically.

For performance reporting company within a month or per year or per period as desired by customs can be easily obtained only in a very short time, less than 1 minute ( part influenced also by the specification computers and networks) . The report contains the performance of companies within a certain time is calculated based on the volume of container and export and import cubication
