I. Introduction

Firstly, we would like to thank you for an opportunity we had to presents our company PT. MAGNA INDONESIA.

We begun distributing Magna Chemical Canada Incorporation products in Indonesia since August 1999 as a Sole Distributor and in the year of 2004 we started implementing Quality Management System under ISO 9001: 2000 and keep it on upgraded to ISO 9001: 2008 which is continually looking for customer satisfaction as our goal. Therein, we are showing up our strong commitment to provide the best ever services to our clients with full customer satisfaction. We promote a good will to our Principal, Magna International; our employees and most importantly, our clients to provide the most affordable quality level of our products as well as our services.
Therefore, in October 2010, our principal Magna International had granted us a permission to change our company name into PT. MAGNA INDONESIA and became a part of distribution chain of Magna International to repack, produce and distributing Magna ® , Vappro ® VCI, Lupromax ® and Legionella-X ® products.

As a dynamic country, Indonesia is one of the countries that has rapid economical growth whereas many companies not just survived the global crisis but also growing rapidly to manufactures and distributes their products to both nationwide and international markets.

PT. MAGNA INDONESIA also had years of establishment providing chemical products and maintenance services to many industrial segmentation of clients such as:

1. Chemical and Mechanical Cleaning as well as Maintenance Chemical
We have 12 years experience of providing chemical cleaning services using Magna ® Cleaning Chemical products over many kinds of equipments in many industrial plants. Along the path, we keep doing an innovation in chemical cleaning methodology that is including combining chemical and mechanical cleaning using high pressure water jetting up to 20, 000 psi to get maximum result for our clients. In the mean time, we are distributing Magna ® chemical products for maintenance cleaning; and Vappro ® VCI products for preservation of any metals using most cutting-edge technology called Vapour Corrosion Inhibitor.

2. Vappro ® Packaging Services
Vappro ® Packaging Services is another division that challenge for us provide our customers with good quality packaging products which containing an anti corrosion agents Vappro ® VCI; thus our clients can protects their metal products from corrossion for considerable long time to reduce product rejects by consumer or clients can also use it for preserving their equipments to reduce maintenance cost for unused or mothballed equipments. Vappro ® Packaging product series will giving an added value to the product that has been packed in it. We can supply from thick roll of PE film of Vappro ® VCI up to small customable size of packaging that you require to gives you long last and reliable pakaging. We can even print your company logos on your Vappro ® VCI packaging to strenghten your company image or simply re-promote your company.

3. Tank Cleaning Services
Tank cleaning services is a new development service as part of our commitment to provide our customers with One Stop Solution in Engineering Service. Our customers came from many kinds of segmentation and many times, we had been asked to do the Tank cleaning work which is now we can do such service. We are now complete our self with adequate source to do the tank cleaning job both landed tank and floating tank. We will provide our customers everything that required to do the tank cleaning work started from the equipments, menpower, disposal and certifications to execute a hassle-free project according to scope of work and scope of supply wanted by our customers.

4. Lupromax ® Retail
One other our commitment is to provide our customer with high quality products that can be used not only by industrial segment but also to retail customers as consumer goods. Lupromax ® Retail had been launched to promote an engine additive product to maximize lubrication performance for most type of engine oils, gear boxes, etc.
With the concept of â € œ Seeing is Believingâ € � we had promoting the benefits of Lupromax ® products thus can be experienced by retail customers everywhere in Indonesia.

II. PT. MAGNA INDONESIAâ € ™ s Bussiness

Until now, PT. MAGNA INDONESIA has done many kind of cleaning services projects from many segmentation such as:

A. Engineering Services:
1. Chemical and mechanical cleaning of boilers, HRSGs, condensors, chillers, AHUs, digesters, heat exchangers, air pre-heater elements, radiators, water jackets, convection sections, reactors and many others using water base or solvent base chemicals, mechanical using high pressure water pump up to 20, 000 psi or combination of those two to achieve high degree of customer satisfaction as many times our customers gave us very challenging work to do.
2. Maintenance services on cooling water system both open system or close-loop system.
3. Maintenance services on Boiler Feed Water treatment system
4. Corrosion control using Vappro ® VCI
5. Construction and Fabrication service in mechanical such as Heat Exchanger tubes replacing, Tank reparation and even fabrication a spare parts and new equipments.

B. Chemical Products for:
1. Chemical cleaning for washing AHU, FCU, Fin Coil, Chiller, Boiler, Cooling Tower and many other in Office building and Shopping malls.
2. Maintenance chemical products such as penetrant fluid, electric and electronic contact cleaners, greases, anti-seize compund, radiator coolant, engine additives, corrosion controls on multi metals, etc.

5. Corrossion protection using Vappro ® VCI which is nitrite-free ( nitrites can reacts with Amine acid and forming Nitrosamine which is carcinogen) .

Using chemical product for washing and cleaning industrial equipments such as cooling towers, chillers, boilers, compressors, Heat Exchangers, generators, AHUs, and many other equipments usually requires special attention, specially because of facts we found that many people still using such strong acid like Sulfuric Acid ( H2SO4) , Hydrochloric Acid ( HCl) or Formic Acid ( HF) that cause Hydrogen embritlement or strong alkaline such Caustic Soda/ Sodium Hydroxide ( NaOH) can also cause Caustic embritlement and damaged the equipments.
PT. MAGNA INDONESIA recommends MAGNA Cleaning and Maintenance Program, because Magna Chemical products has been carefully developed from blend of mineral acid combined with corrosion inhibitor and surfactans. These combination makes Magna Chemical products has good performance and at the same time protects the equipments cleaned up.
