Then they begin to be fermented by enzymatic action.
2.The fermenting agents for O'KLIN ("Acidulo ") are a new high-effective one made of special bacteria nurtured. They are nurtured even in pH 3-6 and keep the inside container under control below 3 % salt.
3.The "Acidulo "bacteria are super microscopic organisms not dying even at - 20 ~ + 90 degrees centigrade.
4. Microscopic organisms decompose food wastes and use some of ithem as their own nurtures in the container.
