China Foshan Yuanwei Industrial Co., Ltd was founded in 1990. We are the manufacturer who are engaged in research and develpment of precise mould, injection mold products and surface processing. We receive all kinds of OEM business such as plastic mould and die-casting design, mould manufacture, plastic injection production, coating, screen printing, bronzing etc. We are located in the golden hinterland of Guangdong----Foshan City.Our factory is occupied an area of over 10, 000 square meters, in possession of serveral modern workshop inside.Nowadays, there are over 400 staffs in our company, and we hold ISO9001: 2000 International Quality System Certification. We have the mould, injection, surface processing workshops with excellence and professional CAD/ CAM develop design group, different kind of advanced international famous equipments such as big precise injection machine, ISO9001: 2000 International Quality System Certification high speed CNC machining ceter, Numerical Control Machine, Numerical Control EDM, W-EDM and Mould Inspection Equipment, our annual manufacture ability is 300-400 moulds, 5000 tons injection products. Furthermore, we also have the big Automatic Coating Processing Line, precise Transferring Printing and Bronzing equipment.So we can provide the complete solution to customers from mould designing, plastic injection producing, and secondary surface treatment( including coating, screen printing, bronzing) , which can largely shorten the time, production cycle and invest cost for the clients to develop new products, so that our customers can grasp the advatage and win the market.
