The digital database allows the user to scan, index, manage, store and retrieve the required information. The data conversion process includes entry, verification and correction of the captured data. Using indigenously developed application, the data is captured and sent for verification. The entered values are checked for typographical errors. The fields with such errors are " tagged " and sent for correction. The tagged fields are corrected with the actual value and sent for final verification.
