DAF process is used to eliminate a lot of materials that float, such as oil and fat in order not to disrupt the process of processing the next. DAF is also used as a means of elimination of suspension (clarification) concentrated mud or sludge (sludge thickening) with a flow of air to the top (air flotation). ADVANCE DAF is a package of waste water treatment technology that is based on the dissolved Air Flotation (DAF).
In the process, micro-bubbles (20 – 50? M) generated from the production system water-air saturation to be reacted with particles suspension in the waste water so that the particles suspension on to the surface water to be separated with a skimmer system.
