Statistical process control techniques are used to monitor our process parameters to maintain the highest degree of quality. Quality control is built into every stage of manufacturing, from receipt of the order to final inspection.
LinSteel thus assures that customer specifications and stringent internal quality standards are always met. We provide in-house analysis for carbon, sulfur, oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen. Our optical emission spectrometer also analyzes all other chemical elements to ensuree that steel composition meets applicable specification requirements.
Non-destructive testing requirements such as : ultrasonic, magnetic-particles and liquid-penetrant are performed in house by certified personnel ( A.S.N.T. and C.G.S.B.) to meet all your specification needs.
LinSteel offers the ressources of a fully-straffed metallurgical laboratory for its own production work, for research and development, failure analysis and investigation projects.
