KBU Baitul Ilmi is one of the Community empowerment programs conducted by PKBM Baitul ilmi through non-formal education such as: training, guidance, consultation and assistance for the people especially the poor, youth unemployment and school dropouts. They were given supplies of entrepreneurship education, skills training in the field of production and marketing services as well as assisted capital. Currently KBU Baitul Ilmi has had more than 2000 people learn that spread across 5 provinces namely West Java, DKI Jakarta, Banten, Lampung and Riau.
The programs have been implemented include:
- Aquaculture: fish ( eel, catfish, Fish Mas, Nila, etc.) , poultry ( chicken, rabbits, ducks, sheep, cattle) , agriculture ( food crops, ornamental plants, medicinal plants) and plantation
- Services: haircuts, computer
- Production: handicrafts; Processed eel ( Chips, Shredded, etc.)

The program can be followed free of charge except for the poor, can also be followed by other communities who want to learn entrepreneurship.
