Kai Tai Steel Shot Abrasive ( Hong Kong) Co., Ltd is the underling company as well as the export center of Shandong Kai Tai Industrial Technologies Co., Ltd, originating from Kai Tai Metal Abrasives. Located in Sheung Wan Area, the company possesses the unique advantages in traffic, besides, it is only 2km away from the finance center and 500m from Hong Kong and Macau Harbors. We specialize in the overseas export of steel shot, steel grit, steel cut wire shot and other metal abrasives used for shot peening and blast cleaning.
The parent company, also as our factory, is the largest metal abrasive manufacturer in China that integrates R& D with production. Ever since our factory established, we have been cooperating with Material Science and Engineering Institute of Shandong University, with the join of more and more abrasive professors and experts, we finally developed 3 series and 50 kinds of abrasive products with annual output 100000MT and fixed assets 10 million USD.

GENERAL STEEL SHOT (40-50 HRC)
General Steel Shot is a spherical (round) shaped product made of steel that has been heat treated to a finely tempered martensitic structure, providing maximum breakdown resilience which results in extending product life.
Available in the following sizes, according to SAE screen analysis:
S110, S170, S230, S280, S330, S390, S460, S550, S660, S780
GENERAL STEEL GRIT
General Steel Grit is an angular product made from heat treated shot that is processed through high efficiency crushers and graded to size.
Available in the following sizes:
G10, G12, G14, G16, G18, G25, G40, G50, G80, G120
GP Steel Grit, (46-56 HRC)
GP Steel Grit rounds off rapidly in use and is particularly suited for removing sand of casting and scaling oxide.
GL ULTRA Steel Grit, (53-60 HRC)
GL Ultra Steel Grit is harder than GP Steel Grit. It loses sharpness during operation and is suited for plate and section preparation.
GH ULTRA Steel Grit, (60-65 HRC)
GH Ultra Steel Grit has maximum hardness to maintain angularity during operation and provides a constant cutting (etching) action.
GH Ultra Steel Grit is specifically designed for Air Blast Operations
