This packaging machine is an external-type vertical vacuum packaging machine with unique product construction design. It can be used directly on the users' own production lines. Its working head can be freely raised and lowered to suit the product size, provided with single-chip microcomputer system for control. Multiple special functions can be applied without restrictions. It is easy to operate, and is best suitable for vacuum packaging of immovable large products of food, medicine, chemical material and rare earth metal industries.(special size can be ordered)
Feature:
1. The machine has complete functions, applicable to the packaging with different requirements, including sealing, vacuuming (gas flushing).
2. The machine is applied with Taiwan ARITAC air components, SCM automatic programmed control, vacuuming, (gas flushing), sealing and cooling operations can be completed at one time.
3. The machine exhausting nozzle without vacuum chamber. The machine can automatically output the packaging bags after vacuuming (gas flushing) is completed. Excellent sealing performance, adjustable feeding and withdrawal speeds and high working efficiency.
4. Vacuuming time (gas flushing time) and heat sealing time can be adjustable. The machine is applicable to the sealing of plastic or aluminum foil bags.
5. The machine is applicable to the vacuum (gas flushing) sealing of big size bags.
6. The surface of the machine is made of stainless steel. The brackets are iron.
7. Worktable can be optionally mounted, with separable conveyor and stainless steel roller, which makes bigger bearing capacity and easier operation. The worktable can connect other conveying device easily.
8. The work head can ascend and descend with screw elevating device. It can be used for packing a variety of sizes of bags.
9. It provide the treatment of raw materials with help of nitrogen the sterilization of herbs and insects protection
