We supply the dry hot press it has already been proved by many customers in forestry industry to be a most efficient and energy saving dry equipment. It suits the dehumidification and flatting of the core boards. The veneer is very flat after drying with sufficient shrinkage. The synchronized closing device with lever spring is installed symmetrically at the hot press, this device can make the hot pressed plates between each layer and the cores can touch or separate at same time. The specially produced hot pressed plates enjoys below features: fast dehumidification and fast steam removing. The frame strcture is used for this device. The cylinder has upper oil inlet which can be installed very conveniently. The saturated steam is used as the heat source to heat the hot pressed plates with high efficiency and low energy consumption. The automatic electric control system is used for the whole process of the dehumidification of the plates as per the set up programme. The operation is very simple.
