PRODUCT FEATURES The mobile substation is made up of several parts: incoming high voltage switch system, main power transformer, outgoing low voltage switch system and semi-trailers, etc. The high voltage part is mounted in the front section of the trailer to provide a relatively spacious inlet space and bigger ground insulation distance. The high voltage switch adopts our in-house developed HGIS which is an intergration of tank SF6 gas circuit breaker( CB) , disconnector switch( DS) , earthing switch( ES) , fast earthing switch( FES) , current transformer( CT) and inlet/ outlet bushing( BSG) , etc. In addition, the high voltage part is also equipped with independent type potential transformer( PT) and lightening arrestor( LA) , etc. The main transformer and earthing transformer are mounted in the middle of the trailer. The main transformer adopts a flat type oil storage cabinet and a full sealed tank. High voltage bushings are arranged on the lower section of the tank to reduce the height. The transformer uses forced oil-circulated air-cooled radiator to compress overall volume as much as possible. 33kV HGIS is mounted in the rear of the trailer. Low-voltage switch chamber is mounted at the rear section of the trailer to reduce the height, make the convenience for entering, exiting and operating by the operator. It is a separate room with thermal insulation, ventilation and purification system. The low-voltage switch chamber, which can provide a single loop or multi-loop output, with multiple power point expansion function, has a standard configuration and additional configuration according to the user’ s habit and requirement. All equipments on the trailer are mounted on the trailer with damping pad in between in order to enhance the reliability during transportation. Soft feeders are connected between equipments to avoid damage during transportation. Indoor/ outdoor lighting equipment and fire-fighting devices are also equipped in the mobile substation. During transportation, the speed of the trailer should not exceed 40km/ h on the flat road, and 10km/ h on the uneven road. The mobile substation should be ready for operation within 180 minutes upon arrival and extending at site. All operations are effected in the low voltage switch chamber.
