Fast-food restaurants market niche in West Siberia is underdeveloped and capacious. West Siberia is Oil and Gas Russia province, where exist a highly solvent and wealthy consumer.
We have a very well-planned and up-and-coming project of fast-food chain with a regional concept "Mammothy" (Mamontenok). Siberia is specially famous as a place where Mammoths used to populate many years ago and the little mammothy image pretty suited for developing our conception.
We are going to offer reasonably priced special dishes, based on native Siberian tribes food, original fast-food fries, Coke, Burgers etc. Most of food served hot, as Siberian climate is severe and visitors should have only "warm" associations. Entertainment program would involve kids movies, toons, deskgames, videogames and special entertaining and educational programs, history and natural science-related.

My goal is to start up a pilot cafe in Tyumen to work out the concept in detail and start developing the chain in industrial cities of oil and gas Tyumen region province, Yugra and Yamal autonomous districts.
Needed: 50 000$ to make the pilot project restaurant. Strategic reasons proove that the building should be owned, instead of being rented, that's for many reasons;-)
