Our design concept uses a very complete software, start AutoCAD for building planning, 3D-Max for interior design and photoshop to design a very detailed finishing.
Assisted by professional experts in their field and using quality materials precision workmanship also will produce products that satisfy our customers.
In the construction field, we act as a developer who, among others, planning, implementation of construction and renovation, construction supervision and facilities including backfilling and leveling of land.
Terms of Service Us:
We are willing to carry out the work that you provide the following conditions:
1. You agree with the price of services that we display on this website
2. Projects that you can offer direct us to do, or in the next 1-3 days after we conducted a survey. This means that we do not accept the new project can be carried out two weeks or the next month.
3. Projects that you offer a total budget of at least US $ 5 million. Our company set a minimum threshold value of such projects.
Workflow:
1. We did a survey to find out the real condition of the location as well as to measure the volume of work. Survey fees will be charged Rp. 200.000, -
2. Offer price design services and construction in accordance survey data
3. Signing of the Contract of Work, or the Work Order
4. Work begins
Description: We provide 2 options to meet your time survey project location is at 10 am and 4 pm.
Payment Method:
- Advances amounting to 30% you pay when work begins
- Term I pay worth 50% of your current construction progress reached 30%
- Term II repayment of 20% , you pay after the work is completed 100%
