With 3600 pulses it reaches 14400 steps. it has short-circuit resistance ability and over-load protection. An alarm output is supplied if the self-checking disc of the encodeer is pulluted, or the disc is broken, or the temperature is to high, or there is low voltage and over-ageing of the LED.The max. Pulse frequency is 300khz, Its protection class is IP50.
