Hebei Xuyang Building Materials Co. Ltd. is located in Shahe high-tech development zone-the central part of the national famous glass production base.

Our company was founded in 2004 and covers an area of 80, 000 m2. We use the current domestic most advanced ultra thin glass production line ( 2-kiln and 6-line) and mainly produce ultra-thin glass of 1.0mm-2.0mm and 2.0mm-5mm as well as other multiple specifications and various types. The daily melting capacity is 220 tonà 2, and the daily production of glass is 36, 000 m2 with six production lines operating normally.
Since our company put into production, our manager has paid a lot of attention to the production management, energy saving and product quality, which promoted sales and made a gratifying progress. Our company uses the current domestic most advanced ultra thin glass production line which is of â 2-kiln and 6-lineâ type. In order to make the best use of the equipment and improve production efficiency, under the leadership of Wang Julong, the chairman of our company, the whole staff wholeheartedly promote the production and enhance the management so as to produce more quality glass with the least amount of resource consumption.
On the quality of products, we check materials strictly and supervise every procedure strictly like mixing materials, leading-up, melting, annealing, cooling, cutting and other working procedures. We all strive to seek increasing perfection in every procedure. At present, the production has met the design requirements and the transparency, flatness, thickness of glass have reached the national standard. At the same time, the rate of quality products is up to 90% . Our products have been exported to South Korea, Vietnam, Canada and other places and have won warm praise from customers.
