Hakki DemirÃ ¶ rs KauÃ § uk Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd.Sti. has been founded in 1959 by Mr. Hakk1 DemirÃ ¶ rs and for over 45 years one of the biggest and most important manufacturers of Turkey in the rubber branch.
Having an annual production capacity of 1200 tons/ year Hakk1 DemirÃ ¶ rs KauÃ § uk San. since 1993 its production for the automobile industry, various shock absorber cleatsand special rubber production according to client requirements in its own building at AtatÃ ¼ rk Industrial Zone covering 6.000 sqm closed area on 12.000 sqm open land.
We are very much interested to supply our customers various automobile spare parts for marks like MERCEDES, MARATON, AXLE, SCANIA, VOLVO, SETRA, MITSUBISHI, PEUGEOT, MAGIRUS-DEUTZ, MAN and DAF that we have been exporting them to all major international markets.
It is possible to realize the production in low costs and in due time with high quality by CNC lathe, CNC vertical process center and CNC cautchouk injection press which brings our production technology to a level competitive with world standards. We are in position of trying to produce the best with sixteen white collar and sixty two blue collar man power forming the driving force of our plant.
We established and have applied a quality assurance system according to DIN EN ISO 9001; 2000 Quality system certificated by TÃ œ V Anlagentechnik GmbH Unternehmensgruppe TÃ œ V Rheinland Group.
Each product can only leave from the factory after a very strict quality control confirmation given by our experienced staff that quality in built and not something to check after the job is done.
Our products have been exported since 1983 to over twenty countries like Germany, Italy, Spain, Greece, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, China, Senegal, Mali, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Nigerya, Gabon and United Arab Emirates. We are proud of being of help to our countryâ € ™ s economy with being one of the export locomotives in Agean region by our continous exportation for years.
