Hebei KNT Group is a large bloc mainly fabricates FRP products. Hebei KNT FRP Co., Ltd is the skeleton enterprise of the group, standing unit of China FRP Industry Association, first integrative certified enterprise by GB/ T19001 ( QMS) , GB/ T24001 ( EMS) and GB/ T19001 ( OHSMS) in China FRP Industry, and national key scientific and technological enterprise. It is the  ¡  ° AAA ¡  ± class credit enterprise for 3 years continuously evaluated by Agricultural Bank of China, Hebei Branch. FRP products from this company are famous brand in Hebei Province. The belief of enterprise is to build the top FRP brand by the excellent products in China; to put the scientific development and improving quality in the first position at all time and to improve the market occupation ratio by the continuous innovation. At present, there are 20 sets of production line for FRP pipe, 5 sets of production line for FRP tank, and 4 sets of production line of vertical and horizontal large FRP tank wound on site. With this, we can produce FRP pipes; FRP tanks, towers and large FRP tanks, and the output can be up to 100, 000 tons. Recently, the company uses two sets of production line of PVC extrusion platewith the thickness of 2-30 mm and the annual output is 7 thousand tones. In order to improve the quality of the product, we developed new process for lay-up of woven fabrics on PP plate and PVDF plate. The technique has reached advanced international level and got national patent.The company has the technique and fabricating capability of the whole sets of computer control production line winding pipe and tank, so it can provide the most advanced technique and production line for the same trade. Hebei KNT FRP Co., LTd. has successfully completed many projects on chemical, chlorine & alkaline Industry, foodstuff brewage, citric acid industry, pharmacy, titanium dioxide, electricity, water supply and drainage and coal Industry, showing its powerful strength since it was founded more than 10 years ago. It supplied Pinggu Emergent water project constructed by Beijing Water Supply Group with DN1600 mm FRP pipe for 63 km; supplied Shenzhen with DN2000mm FRP pipe for 8km; supplied more than 80% nationwide Chlorine-Alkaline Industry with most of the FRP equipment; supplied whole sets of FRP equipment for foreign foodstuff brewage enterprise; and in titanium dioxide industry, the DN15m large FRP pot cover and many FRP stack with the height of more than 40m made by our company, meantime got good credit from the customers. KNT products got public praise both home and abroad. The products have been exported to Canada, Japan, Russia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Pakistan, etc. Jizhou Potash Fertilizer Co., Ltdisa stock company built by Hebei KNT Group. In June 1997, this project was approved by Hebei Provincial Planning Commissionand on Mar. 20, 1998, it was registered after the approval of Jizhou Industrial and Commercial Bureau. The total investment is RMB yuan 16 million, and the registered asset is RMB yuan 7.86 million. The company was put into production on May 8, 1999. Adopt the Mannheim Methods production technique that was the most advanced in the end of 20th century, to produce and sell potassium sulfate and byproduct of hydrochloric acid especially, the annual output of potassium sulfate is 20, 000 tons and hydrochloric acid is 24, 000 tons. This project has filled the blank which no industrial production of potassium sulfate in Hebei Province.In recent years, we not only produce sulfate potassium, and meantime, we have successfully transferred whole sets of equipment and technique about sulfate potassium to many manufacturers home and abroad, and all have got good effect. The usages of sulfate potassium are below 1.Applicable to all the crops, forestry and fruit. It is the ideal fertilizer for the anti-chloric economic crops such as baccy, orange, watermelon, tea, fruit, vegetables and so on. 2. Can be material for production of compound fertilizer. 3. Can be used as slow release agent, etc. Byproduct hydrochloric acid is principal chemical material, can be widely used in chemical, light industry, petroleum and dyeing industry etc. Jizhou Potash Fertilizer Co., Ltd is 25km south of Hengshui Station of Jingjiu railway, near to 106 national highway. Hebei Jizhou City Seal Material Plantis the fixed-point producer for seal material of the previous Chemical Industry Ministry. It is continuous ten-year long provincial stressing contract and keeping promise enterprise. We are engaged to the development, researching and production of rubber seal products, flexible graphite products and PTFE products. We have powerful technical tem and perfect production inspection & test facilities. We are the first matched enterprise for production of seal ring used in RPM pipefor ten years long. The product has been met the requirement of ASTMF477 and national standard. The specification is within DN50-6000mm, and we can produce upon the special requirement of the client. Flexible graphite and serial PTFE products possess the excellent thermal conductivity, abrasion resistance, temperature-resistant, good back elastic property and other properties, can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, power generation, refining, chemical fertilizer, chemical fibre, coal production, metallurgy and pharmaceutical, it is ideal dynamic and static seal material. Jizhou Jingjiu Tarp Co., Ltd was built in 1993. Locates the side of Hengshui Lake, it is 25 km away from the Hengshui Station of Jingjiu Railway. It is one of the biggest fixed-point producers for railroading tarp in China. The main products are railroading tarp, tarp for auto transportation and shipping, tarp for providing disaster relief, tarp for grain depot, etc. In canvas sheeting weaving, PVC coating thermal forming and tarp producing, we have long year ¡  ¯ s experience and possess advanced technology and domination of scale. The procedures of tarp are below. Adopt pure polyester roving with 20 strands, then be merged into two or three plies, then woven into canvas sheet with width 1520mm, two warps and two wefts or three warps and three wefts. According to the prescriptions, compound and abrade PVC coating, be pressed on the two sides of the canvas sheet, then took them into oven to stove. The usually stove width is 1300mm, so the sheet with double sides coated by PVC is complete. It includes canvas sheet with being waterproof and mould proof, canvas sheet with being waterproof, mould proof and fireproof. The choice of the following items, such as waterproof, mould proof, fireproof and cold proof or age inhibiting, are all decided by the customer ¡  ¯ s requirements or working conditions. Manufacturing of tarp: the canvas sheet passed the flow process, such as cutting, thermal compounding, sewing, covering edges, punching, printing and packing, then the tarp is complete. The output is 100 pieces one day. ( 50m2/ piece) The manufacture of the tarp is strictly executing the directions on site of the experts of the Railway Science Academy of the Railway Ministry. The Railway Science Academy develops all the prescriptions and know-how. We have long-term technical agreements with Railway Science Academy. Referring the manufacturing standards of the railway tarp and according to the customer ¡  ¯ s requirements, the civil tarp can be designed and produced. Nowadays, low quality tarp cracked the normal market. Although its price is very cheap, its life is very short and many properties of waterproof, age inhibiting and mould proof are very badly.
