The Cup pad silicon mug wrap utilise the Therm WIREâ„¢ technology to enhance the heating eveness and stability, it is suitable for sublimation blank mugs less than 10oz.

The Therm WIREâ„¢ is micro wire heating technology using 0.5mm diameter high resistor Nickel-Chrome Alloy as heating element. It is an alloy of 60% Nickel and 16 Chromium, and is the best material for heating devices operating up to 500oC. The execellent resistance to oxidation of Nickel-Chrome Alloy makes it have longer service life comparing with the other resistor materials, that' s one of the reason we chose it as the Therm WIREâ„¢ core material but not others.
