Our company, Zhongshan Good Life Sun Sheet Co., Ltd. is dedicating in various polycarbonate sheets, including solid sheet, twin-wall sheet, triple wall sheet, X-cross sheet, embossed sheet and some functional products like frosted sheet, anti-fog sheet, sanded sheet etc.
Our company is equipped with advanced co-extruders from Italy and imports material from Bayer. Our annual output is up to 12, 000 metric tons.

    Good Life polycarbonate sheet are made of 100% virgin PC reisn imported from Bayer , co-extruded with UV protective layer , with excellent performance in impact strength , light transparency , thermal insulation , sound proof , anti-aging , widely used in the sky light , roofing materials of buildings , sound proof wall of high way , protective shield of machine, advertisement sign board , indoor partitions etc.

    1) Max. Width: 2100mm
    Length: no limited.
    2) Thickness for solid sheet from 2mm to 12mm; for hollow sheet from 4mm to 20mm.
    3) Material: Makrolon PC resin from Bayer, Germany
    4) Production line: Omipa UV-PC coextrusion line: 3 lines for hollow profiles
    and 1 line for solid sheet
    5) Lightweight: The weight of hollow PC sheet is about one twelfth of the same thickness
    of glass
    6) Transparent: the light transmission reaches 25%-88% according to the color
    7) High impact strength: the impact strength of hollow sheet is 80 times that of
    same¡¡thickness of glass
    8) Flame resistant: PC sheet is rated Class B1 according to GB8624-1997
    9) Thermal insulation
    10) Inhibits condensation
    11) Excellent physical, mechanical, and electrical properties
