This 3D EPS Sandwich Panel Automatic Production line consists of 2 machinery sets, ie. 3DW-A Steel Net Welding Machine Set ( called as Net welding machine Set hereinafter) and CH-I Wire Inserting & Welding Machine Set ( called as Forming machine Set hereinafter) . Following is the introductions of their essential operation conditions, the requirements to raw materials and the specification of the products.

I. 3DW-A Steel Net Welding Machine Set
1. Requirements on the proper conditions of machinery operation
a. Premise with concrete ground
Premise area: Length: 32m Width: 12m ( Areas for Forming machine Set included, that is to say above is the area demand by the complete machinery set)

b. Electricity: Voltage: 330V+ ( 5% -10% ) ; Frequency: 50HZ;
Electrical transformer volume > 80KVA ( 160KVA for the whole set) ,
the transformer shall be less than 30m far from the working site of the machine.
The parameter of the power line which transmits the electricity from the electrical transformer to the working site shall be large than that of a 16 mm2 copper core. ( Further detailed requirements will be provided after signing the contract)

2. Requirements on the raw material: Cold-Drawn Galvanized Steel
a. Meet the National standards stipulated in the “ YB/ T 126-1997 wire for EPS Sandwich Panel� ie., only use galvanized medium-strength low-carbon Steel Wire, which shall not be replaced by any other ungalvanized steel wire.
And the specified materials shall be produced with redrawing process.
b. Weight per coil : 50 kg ± 1 kg, otherwise not be affordable to the coil tray holder
c. Tensile Strength of cold drawn galvanized steel wire: 700-800 Mpa
Diameter Tolerance: + 0.05 mm,
Wire Appearance: clean and bright surface, even roundness
* . If required we can provide the information of the domestic manufacturers produce qualified Cold-Drawn Galvanized Steel.
3. The diameter of the Cold-Drawn Galvanized Steel for the net sheet ( applied on 3D panel) production on Forming machine Set: ¦ 2.03 mm, ¦ 2.2 mm. If you have different requirements, please state beforehand with specified details in the relevant contract.

4. Specifications of net sheet produced by Net welding machine set as follows:
a. Length: 3.5m ( welded by a pair of mesh turnover devices normally)
l For extra-long spec. please state beforehand with specified details in the relevant contract.
l The maximum length of welded net sheet is 6.5m.
b. Width: 1.2m only
c. Net mesh: 5 cm * 5 cm
d. Wire Diameter: ¦ 2.03 mm and¦ 2.2 mm.

II. CH-I Steel Net Light Sandwich Panel Inserted Wire Welding Machine Unit
1. Requirements on the proper conditions of machinery operation
a. Premise with concrete ground
Premise area: Length: 32m Width: 12m ( shared with the net welding machine Set)
* The machine layout in the premises would be provided after contract signing; we could also help to arrange the machine in customer’ s plant subject to the corresponding drawings provided.
b. Electricity: generally same as those of net welding machine Set, except that the electrical capacity of the complete equipment is over 160 KVA
2. Requirement on raw material EPS( Expandable Polystyrene panel) net sheet and slanting inserted wire
a. EPS:
i. Spec.: Weight 15+ 1 kg; Anti-flaming type ( Self-extinguishing type) ;
Oxygen Index > 30% ;
ii. The Thickness of EPS panel, and its relationship to the Slanting Inserting Wire Diameter:
1) . EPS thickness: 5 cm, 6 cm and 7 cm
Corresponding Slanting inserted Wire Diameter: ¦ 2.2 mm

2) . EPS thickness: 8 cm, 9 cm and 10 cm
Corresponding Slanting inserted Wire Diameter: ¦ 2.5 mm
In general, the thickness of EPS core material is 5 cm, 6 cm, 7 cm, 8 cm, 9 cm and 10 cm, while the corresponding Diameters of the Slanting Inserting Wire is
¦ 2.2 mm and¦ 2.5 mm.

iii. Length & Width of the EPS:
Nominal Length should be equal to the length of 3D panel
The Width is exclusive, ie. 1200mm
After signing the contract we will provide other Accuracy Requirements such as the surface of the EPS panel wide-sides should be smooth and without any bending, and the tolerances of the length and width etc.
b. Diameter and Quality Requirements of the Slanting Inserting Wire:
We must emphasize that the wire diameter is a critical parameter to the machine. The wire parameter provided in the contract becomes unamendable once we start production according so.

Regularly, the slanting inserted wire diameter has 2 specifications: ¦ 2.2 mm and¦ 2.5 mm. Any special requirements please discuss with us before contract signed.

Please note: the requirement on the wire performance and quality is the same as that of net sheet wire.

c. Mesh sheet:
Besides the items stated in I, following are some other specifications and technical requirements on the mesh sheet :
i. The length of the mesh sheet and 3D panel should be equal to each other, the cutting point should be at the middle of the Net mesh; when being fed to the Forming machine Set,
ii. When it be put into forming machine, the longitudinal wire are in it but the transverse wire should be outside of it the net mesh shall be smooth and flat with firm solder joint and by no means a dirty long-stocked one.
iii. Geometric Dimension Accuracy:
Longitudinal direction: 1000 m+ 1 mm;
Width direction: 1202m+ 1 mm;
Diagonal accuracy: 1000 mm + 2 mm
Horizontal wire outcrop < 2 mm

III. Summaries on the working conditions and the final products information of the EPS Sandwich Panel Automatic Production line
1. One premise not smaller than 32m* 12m with concrete ground.
2. Electricity Capacity e160KVA
Voltage : 330V+ ( 5% -10% ) ;
Frequency: 50HZ;
Others electricity demandings see the above.

4. 3D panel ( final product) Spec.
Length: normally within 3.5 m, for requirements on extra-long please contact, however note the length limit is 6.5 m

EPS panel ( mesh included) : 7.6 cm, 8.6 cm. 9.6 cm, 10.6 cm , 11.6 cm, 12.6 cm

Net sheet: its length, width shall be in accordance with that of the panel;
The wire diameter of it: ¦ 2.0 mm or ¦ 2.2 mm
