DEEPIKA ROTOMOULDERS PVT. LTD., is incorporated under the Companies Act 1956, with their Registered Office and works at Plot No.44, 3rd Road, Jigani Industrial Area, Jigani, Bangalore 562 106 ( India) .

The company started its manufacturing activity in the year 1990-91. The company is engaged in manufacturing rotomoulded products, mainly Plastic Water Storage Tanks with the brand â € ˜ KAVERIâ € ™ in double layer, triple layer, insulated with a wide range of 200 ltrs to 20, 000 ltrs capacity.

We are also manufacturing industrial containers to store food grade material and to store chemicals. This is available in a range of 200 Ltrs to 2000 Ltrs capacity and this is available with open top and with lid.

The company has added heavy duty plastic pallets into its production line. These pallets, non-reversible with 9 legs come in 3 sizes 1000x1000 mm, 1200x1000 mm and 1200 x 1200 mm, with 150 mm height.

Apart from the above mentioned products the company is also making other rotomoulded products like automobile bumpers, wheel well, rocker panel, milk cans, etc., With a decade' s experience in rotomoulding technology, the company has identified many components required for automobile industry, milk dairy, food processing industry etc which could be rotomoulded to replace conventionally fabricated components.

The company looks upon quality as the back bone for its continued growth and has built good quality system to improve total quality of the company in all its operations. It has already been certified as an ISO 9001-2000 Certified company and have been licensed by Bureau of Indian Standard ( BIS) to use ISI marking for Kaveri tanks in the capacity 200 lts. to 7500 lts.

The company has many prestigious customers in big industries and government sectors. These customers include Kumar Organics Ltd., Poornashri Chemicals Pvt Ltd., Karnataka Soaps & Detergents Ltd., Mysore, Bhagyashree Developers, Hikal Ltd., Green Agro Pack Pvt Ltd., Indian Agro Products P Ltd., Sterling Agro Products, Planet Pickels Pvt Ltd., Tropic Agritech P Ltd., V.B.Medicare, Zenobia, etc., The company has also executed export orders to Maldives and a regular order is expected from Maldives on a continuous basis. The company has been regularly supplying water storage tanks to the projects executed for Indian Railways, H.A.L., Defence Organisations, etc., through their work contractors.
