Loading port in Tanzania: First inspection by SGS or equivalent on Seller's account.
Destination port is ASWP non USA sanctioned and Second Inspection similar to first is optional at Buyer's account.

1.)Tansferable,Divisible,Irrevocable, Fully Funded RDLC or SBLC payable 100% at destination port.
2.)Transferable,Divisible,Irrevocable, Fully Funded Single SBLC plus TT payable 100% at destination port.
3.)Transferable,Divisible,Irrevocable, Fully Funded Single DLC payable 100% at destination port. Plus Deposit Cash TT 2% of LC value to guarantee 12 shipments complete purchase order.
ALL PAYMENTS THRU TOP PRIME BANK.

Seller guarantees shipment by 2% PB plus penalty clause of specific amount X nos. of days in the event of delay in delivery. SO NO EMPTY PROMISE.

Procedures:
1.) Buyer agrees price, determines payment instrument and issues ICPO + BCL (To be endorsed by Banker).
2.) Seller's Representative issues draft sales contract for Buyer to review and make changes if required.
3.) Seller's Representative issues final sales contract for Buyer to sign/seal and return hard copies.
4.) Activation of final sales contract begins followed by all payment instruments, POP, SGS or equivalent certification.
5.) Shipment begins.
