Chongqing Chuandong Shock Absorber Manufacturing Co., Ltd., established in 1992 with fixed assets of RMB 70 million, produces motorcycle shock absorbers. It is located in the urban of Bishan County beside Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway, known as â West China Shoe Centerâ . The company covers an area of over 100 mu and a building area of 46, 500 square meters, has over 600 employees. Over the years, the company has developed into a medium-sized private enterprise integrating R& D, production and sales. At present, the company establishes shock absorber research institution, realizes integration of product R& D, design, trial-manufacture, detection and process and sets up a metallographic laboratory, a physicochemical laboratory, etc. It has over 20 research personnel and full-time metallographic experimenters and physicochemical experimenters. Facilitated with professional metallographic test equipment, double-acting simulation stands, shock absorber hub test stands, programmable high and low temperature test boxes, special processing machines, machining center and other advanced test and manufacture equipment, totaling over 40 sets. We can produce over 500 kinds of 70 type, 90 type, 100 type, 125 type, 150 type and other motorcycle front and rear shock absorbers and develop various shock absorbers according to customer demands. The manufacturing center owns over 500 processing and assembly equipment, with an annual production capacity of 3 million sets. Our products have been widely used in Jialing Group, Jianshe Group, Zongshen Group, Lifan Group, Yingang Science & Technology, Hengsheng Motorcycle Fittings, Chongqing Kington, Guangzhou Tianheng, Zhejiang Qianjiang, Wuxi Zhongxing, Shanghai Jialing and other large motorcycle enterprises for long term.
