Tai, one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Taikai Group and a professional enterprise in researching and developing, manufacturing and selling the managing equipment of power quality and the overall contracting construction of power projects. The company, founded in 2003, has a registered capital of RMB 100 million and covers 270 hectares with 48000 m2 plant area .There are more than 500 employees, 8% of them have master degree or above , 3 members from technical committee on standardization administration of flexible transmission, reactive power compensation and capacitor and 5 professor-grade consultants. With the vigorous development and the continuous expanding of the enterprise scale , the company has many divisions, such as research and development center, electricity transmission and transformation engineering department, power electronics department, capacitor department, arc suppression coil department, explosion-proof electrical appliances department, and overseas business department .We are developing in more professional and diversified ways.
Technological innovation system of the R & D center is complete; what is more, the annual investment of research funding is more than 5% of the sales revenue. The R & D center has a combination of many senior experts and technical personnels engaged in high-voltage electrical appliances, power electronics, automation, mechanical design, and professional computer software . Adhere to the combination of the internal personnel and external think tank perennial in-depth academic research and technical cooperation have been carried out with Xi' an Jiaotong University, Shandong University, Harbin Industrial University and other famous universities. Around the state key projects and the needs of the market to increase scientific research and technological efforts the R & D center is able to launch new products having a significant contribution to the market each year obtaining 17 product software copyrights and 52 patents accumulatively.
Transmission and Distribution Engineering Department is engaged in the design of the substation, electrical equipment installation, maintenance, testing, which has the conversion tertiary qualification of power engineering and tertiary construction qualification of installation ( repair, trial) . Relying on the strong brand advantages of Taikai, equipment manufacturing capacity and personnel advantages, the department provides customers with comprehensive, fast, high-quality one-stop service. The department has much experience of substation installation and commissioning. Different typical industries cases contain: 330kv transformer substation in Qingtong Gorge Aluminum, 220kV transformer substation in Southwest Stainless Steel, 220kV transformer substation in Lonyuanbayin Wind Farm, 110kV transformer substation in Dadu River in Sichuan, 35kV transformer substation in Yangquan Coal Industry and 10kV transformer substation in Panjin Port.
Power electronic business department mainly devotes to design and production, including a variety of static var compensation complete devices. The products cover dozens of varieties and hundreds of specifications. The main products are: SVC ( MCR, TCR, and TSC) static dynamic var compensation, SVG dynamic var compensation, FC High voltage passive power filter complete device, DWZT voltage var auto-adjustment device, DW short net compensation device etc. The SVC serial products have been chosen as â Nation Torch Programâ and â National Key New Productâ . The cooperation has invested 50 million to build brand new high-standard assembling workshop and test hall. The test platform with variety import devices takes 72 hours full load test to different products, which saves the adjustment time of construction and guarantees the product quality.
Capacitor business department devotes to production of capacitor and reactor which provide high performance and high quality var compensation device for national grid, southern power grid and mining enterprise.
The company has invested 80 million to construct auto-capacitor production line which keeps the high level of country. The production line is set in 1, 500 m ² purification workshop with constant temperature and humidity with installed five full-automatic component coiling machines , two capacitor core production lines , four sets full-automatic vacuum drying and dipping devices, full-automatic on-line testing device imported form Switzerland, robot spraying production line and robot welding workstation together with advanced process and 20 million kvar capacity each year.
Reactor products have four categories--- shunt, series, filter, and current limiter. Unit capacity of the shunt reactor is up to 40 MVar, the highest voltage up to 110kV, and maximum current of current limiting reactors up to 6300A. The production line of the reactor was built of 22 sets of automatic vertical winding machine, 6 sets of automatic hot air circulation curing oven and one set of dry environmentally friendly paint house. The annual production capacity is up to 10million kilovar. Besides regular testing devices, there are two sets of reactor device of temperature-rise test and one set of high-frequency pulse oscillation interterm insulation test. All products before delivery should be made of the temperature rise test and the interterm insulation test to ensure product quality.
Arc suppression coil division is engaged in R & D and manufacturing of 66kV and following voltage distribution network ground protection products. The major productions include complete device of the arc suppression, complete device of grounding resistance, grounding transformer, arc suppression, iron core resistor, and other products. The production line invested of 40 million Yuan is equipped with automatic silicon steel sheet vertical and horizontal shear line, horizontal winding machine, epoxy vacuum casting system, curing oven and other advanced production equipment, installed with high-precision power analyzer, octave withstand voltage, lightning impulse withstand voltage test equipment, with an annual output of 2, 000 sets of production and test capacity.
Anti-explosion electric apparatus department mainly researches and manufactures the anti-explosion equipment which includes flame-proof switch , flame-proof switch cabinet, explosion-proof soft start cabinet, explosion protection frequency converter, flame-proof reactive power compensation device etc.
