The technology of spraying the aluminum and metal constructions with powder coatings or lacquer is appreciable in the Western and Eastern Europe, United States of America because of the quality and durability. The coated products are thermally cured with the hot air in the desiccators ? by the temperature of 200Â ° C ? so that the powder coatings ? penetrate? into the metal and ? gum? it up.
JSC ? BETRIOLIS? is the company in Lithuania, working according to the newest technologies of spraying the metal.
? Our company is offering the services of the professionals of the high qualifications, which were instructed and worked on probation abroad. The machinery of such companies like UNI-PRO, ADAL ( Poland) , GEMA ( Switzerland) , ELKO ( France) is used for the production.
? The ? heart? of our production are two desiccators. The measurements of the desiccators are quite big ( there are no similar analogues in Lithuania) and therefore we have the possibility to spray the aluminum profiles or the metal constructions of the bulk. Moreover, the measurements of the disiccators allow us to place a large amount of constructions of different size at the same moment, what is much cheaper to the customer concerning the prices of our services. The measurements of the desiccators are: the length ? 7000mm, the width ? 1800mm, the height ? 2800mm.
? All the products of metal are sprayed with the powder coatings of the company OXYPLAST-BELGIUM, which has a great spectrum of colours and also is the leader of the manufacturing powder coatings in Europe.
? Our company is located in Vilnius city. The spraying line is built in the area of 650 square meters, which includes the bar of the preparing the constructions for spraying ( washing, degreasing, desiccation) , the bar of spraying, the control of the ready production and encasement. A great attention is paid to the quality of the coated production, which is equal to the quality of the known European companies.
? It would be important to add that the transport system in our country is greatly developed and there would be no problems concerning the delivering of the products to any foreign country.
