In addition to the front end system, NetQ also present a comprehensive statistic reports which allow the user to monitor and study the periodical queue behavior of each service, counter staff, call frequency and traffic to make necessary adjustment even from a remote access.

Operating on a networked environment, NetQ ideally transmit its data package at a higher speed* resulting in faster communication and respond between NetQ server to Ticket Dispenser, ITK and NetQ Display server.
