Dear Sirs,
We are Bulgarian trade company Alltrade Co. Ltd. Now we have clients – buyers of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds(not kernels, not baked) for import to Bulgarian market.
In this connection, we would like to receive your COMPLETE OFFER for sell&supply to Bulgaria of above products. On the present stage please offer as unit lot as follow:

1) Quantity for supply in 3 variants:
a/ quantity in 20 feet container
b/ quantity in 40 feet container
c/ quantity in HQ container

*The quantities for monthly and total supply are subject of next agreement

2) Please specify kind of pumpkin and sunflower seeds, quality(sizes, moisture, impurity, broken, etc.), packing for sea transport, payment method, lead time, time of delivery, possibility for every lot to be issued Certificate from SGS, TUF or other similar control laboratory, HS custom code of goods for determining the import duties, insurance costs(i.e. CIF Plovdiv delivery terms), other trade information that you propose to Buyers

3) We want to import the seeds by most effective sea transport costs; and we want to settle this problem together with seller. Please offer your prices, firstly on FOB Seller sea port, and, if possible, please agree with shipping company transport costs up to final destination place city of Plovdiv, Bulgaria, separately for 20 ft, 40 ft and HQ container variants.

Please take into consideration that we are looking for seller of seeds only on long-term basis of collaboration, other terms are unacceptable.
