A.P.POMARCA CUSTOMS BROKERAGE mission is to provide customized customs clearance solution, update Customs rules and regulations to expedite the clearance of goods and help our client in consultation of Tariff and Customs laws issues.

Brokerage fee : As per CAO 1-01

PHP 10, 000.00 - below : PHP 1, 300.00
PHP 10, 000.00 - 20, 000.00 : PHP 2, 300.00
PHP 20, 000.00 â € “ 30, 000.00 : PHP 2, 700.00
PHP 30, 000.00 â € “ 40, 000.00 : PHP 3, 300.00
PHP 40, 000.00 â € “ 50, 000.00 : PHP 3, 600.00
PHP 50, 000.00 â € “ 60, 000.00 : PHP 4, 000.00
PHP 60, 000.00 â € “ 100, 000.00 : PHP 4, 700.00
PHP 100, 000.00 â € “ 200, 000.00 : PHP 5, 300.00

Additional ( .00125) will be charged from the dutiable value that exceeds P200, 000.00

Delivery ( Trucking ) Charges : As per place of delivery
Storage / Port Charges : To be billed at cost with O.R.
Terminal Handling Charges : To be billed at cost with O.R.
Other Receipted Charges : To be billed at cost with O.R.
Other Processing ( VCRC, ETC) : As per actual expense
Note: FACILITATION: as per advise / approve

For Export Shipment:

E.D. documentations / processing ; PHP 350.00 per E.D.
ICCO / CCDU processing ( FCL ) : PHP 200.00 per container
CIL / CI / Boat note processing : PHP 500.00 per docs.
C.O. processing : PHP 500.00 per C.O.
Other Export document : To be billed at cost.
Trucking Charges ; As per place of pick-up
Port Charges : To be billed at cost with O.R.
Other Charges : To be billed at cost.
Handling / Brokerage fee : PHP 2, 000.00 per shipment
Note: FACILITATION: as per advise / approve

Documentary Requirements

Consumption / Formal Entry

1. Original Invoice
2. Original Packing List
3. Original Bill of Lading
4. Company TIN #
5. CCN / BRN #
6. Container Guaranty ( For Full Container Load Shipment)
7. Other necessary document ( Import Permit, etc...)

Note:

1. Above rates are subject to 12% VAT
2. All receipted charges to be billed at cost
3. Broker shall not advance payments for duties and taxes and Port Charges as per RA 9280 ( Customs Broker Act 2004 )
4. Terms of Payment: Cash upon delivery or up to 3 days credit terms upon receipt of the original invoice.
